Yarn and Needle Arts

Sheep don't have anything on us!

It's a bold statement for sure, but we've garnered quite a reputation of the quantity and quality of the yarns we carry, and for good reason, too. From special artisan hand-dyed yarns to bang-for-the-buck classics, we carry a comprehensive selection of yarns to choose from. With choices from floor to ceiling, there's no doubt that you'll find a yarn you'll want to try. Of course, yarn doesn't knit (or crochet) itself, so we offer classes and clinics to help you along. Stop by every Tuesday from 12 to 2 pm, and you'll find a Knitting Clinic being held to answer the questions and solve the problems to help you finally finish that troublesome project. No worries if you can't make it then because our knowledgeable associates are willing to help anytime.

If, by chance, knitting and crocheting is not your thing, we're pretty sure that you'd like to give needle felting a try. What is needle felting, you ask? Needle felting is an ancient Chinese secret. Nah, just kidding. Needle felting is a simple technique that involves wool roving (something similar to untwisted yarn) and a long needle with barbs. It's straightforward to learn, and in no time you'll be making a variety of pretty (and cool!) objects.

Wondering what else is in-store? You'll find all sorts of notions for needlepoint, knitting, crochet, and sewing. It's a great selection of necessities for all of your projects.
