1. Sand any rough spots on the surface of the wood, using a damp cloth to remove any dust when you are done.
2. Paint the sides and back of the clock with an acrylic paint that coordinates with the paper.
3. When the paint is dry, spray the front side of the clock with adhesive. Place the paper on the adhesive, making sure all areas are making contact with the wood and let dry.
4. Carefully trim the paper from around the edge of the clock with an Xacto knife. Don’t forget to make a hole for the movement.
5. Spray the entire clock with two coats of matte sealer.
6. Put in the clock movement according to the instructions on the package.
