Fourth of July Pails

The peppy little pails are the perfect touch for your Fourth of July BBQ! Either functional or purely decorative, they'll be a hit!

Materials List

  • Clear Pail
  • Red, White & Blue paper– solids and patterns
  • Red, White & Blue Ribbons
  • Floral wire
  • Shiny Stars
  • AccuCut shapes (S8,S4 stars)
  • Quick Dry Paper Glue

Instructions

  1. Measure and cut paper strips to wrap around outside of pail. Glue down in place.
  2. Cut out various star and flag shapes and glue down on top of paper wrap.
  3. Tie pieces of ribbon on pail handle.
  4. Optional: Glue star shapes and flags onto tops of wire pieces. Fill pail with sand or paper shred to hold wire picks up in pail.
  5. You can use pails to hold your picnic utensils, too. Enjoy your 4th of July celebration!
