Father's Day Photo Message Board
Place pictures, lists, and memorabilia in a Message Board customized with your favorite fabric and ribbons. Especially wonderful in kitchens, entry ways, and kids' rooms!
Materials List
- 14"x18" Canvas
- Fabric (one fat quarter)
- 1/2" wide Ribbon (to coordinate with fabric)
- Hot Glue Gun
- 14"x18" sheet of thin Batting
- 5 Buttons (or embellishment of choice)
Instructions

- Place sheet of batting over top of canvas.
- Place fabric piece over top of batting. Stretch edges around to back of canvas and hot glue along all four edges to secure.
- Measure out, and cut, each ribbon section to make up the grid pattern. Make sure to leave extra ribbon length to wrap around to back of canvas.
- Start with ribbon pieces going from top left corner to bottom right corner, then top right corner to bottom left corner (makes a big X). Then go from top center of canvas to center of right side (continue that measurement pattern going around canvas, using picture as a guide). Hot glue ribbon ends to back of canvas as you go.
- Glue ribbon to fabric where ribbon intersects and adhere a button on top of intersecting points to finish.
- Hang on your wall and add photos and notes! Dad will love this thoughtful gift!
