- 9"x12” Canvas
- “Family” Wood Word
- 2 Metal Hooks
- 12"x12" Scrapbook Paper
- Acrylic Paint
- Sponge Brush
- 1 ½ yards of Decorative Ribbon
- Adhesive of Choice– Fabri-Tac was used in sample
- Crackle Medium (Optional)

- Paint canvas edge and 1” border around front of canvas in paint color that coordinates with scrapbook paper pattern. Let dry.
- Trim Scrapbook paper to fit your canvas. Adhere paper to front of canvas. Add ribbon accent around paper to give it a finished border.
- The “Family” word can be left white or you can paint the letters. Sample used a touch of crackle medium to give it a weathered look.
- Adhere “Family” word to canvas front.
- Position the metal hooks so that when you screw them down, the screws will go into the underneath wood frame of the canvas.
